We are SEAI registered installers so can carry out SEAI grant work. There are grants of up to €800 available. These include heating control upgrades plus high efficiency gas and oil boiler with heating control upgrades. A BER assessment is also required which we are also certified to carry out so you have a one stop shop for all your SEAI grant work.

From 1st Jan 2009 all dwellings for sale or rent in Ireland need to have a building energy rating or BER completed. Fines of up to €5000 are being imposed by sustainable energy Ireland for non compliance.
