Grogan burner services Ltd are RGII registered gas installers. Since mid 2009 all work carried out on gas installations whether it be a basic service or a full boiler changeout must be carried by RGII registered gas installers. An RGII registered gas installer has all relevant gas certifications and are fully insured. They are also audited annually to make sure they are working to the high standards set by RGII.
Gas appliance service charges

Note: A typical gas boiler service should take between 40mins to 1 hour. You should also be issued with a Declaration of Conformity cert at the end of the service. If your service is taking less then 40mins and/or you have not been issued with a cert then the installer is probably not RGII registered or has not completed a full boiler service.

Repair/Breakdown charges
- Repair call out €80 which covers the first hours labour. If parts are required this will be extra. Typically most repair callouts can be fixed within the hour. If a part needs to be ordered there is no extra charge for the return visit to install the part. We do stock some gas boiler parts but due to the large number of makes and models of gas boilers on the market it impossible to stock all gas parts.
